Hi, I am Matt McBrayer. I am an experienced Professional Home Inspector. For over 40 years I have been involved in all aspects of home construction, remodel, repair, and maintenance. How homes work and how they are built has always fascinated me. I had my own painting, repair, and remodeling business for over 30 years. It was a very natural transition for me to become a licensed home inspector in 2011. Since then, I have inspected over 1000 houses. From starter homes to luxury estates, from newly completed construction to homes nearly 100 years old, I’ve had the pleasure of inspecting them all. But even more important to me is the satisfaction of communicating my findings to clients in a way that makes sense to them.
